A Nice Little Collection of Waxing Poetic Charms To Top of My Jewelry Collection

A couple of months ago, I did a huge week or so of Spring Cleaning. This felt SO good to get rid of all of the stuff (or most of the stuff) that I don't need or use. I got rid of so many things. It was also nice to donate the things that I don't use anymore that other people can use.

Surprisingly, I got rid of a ton of jewelry and now am trying to build my collection back up with stuff that I'll wear! I don't like to sport the same stuff with every outfit I wear.

What do you think of this charm? I got some charm bracelets and I love the collection of Waxing Poetic Charms to go with them. I can change them out whenever I want to in order to accomodate the outfit I am wearing. So cute!

Clear the table! Also great for parents with kids!

I think most of us can relate to a messy kitchen table at times! The table seems to be a magnet for messes! If I'm in a hurry to clean it, the clutter usually ends up on a nearby counter or somewhere else. I came across a site that had a neat idea for a quick table clean up!

*Note: This is not my idea or photo so please click on the source below the photo and give them the credit. Thank you!

All you need are the following:

scissors
fabric
tape measure
ribbon
a sewing machine or supplies needed to sew by hand

*make sure the fabric you cut is large enough to hold books.

CLICK HERE and follow the steps given on this site. This neat idea is easy to make and inexpensive! It comes in handy for those with our even without kids! Make a couple for your home or gift it for someone you know!

Amazing Glow Jars!!

Hello everyone! These glow jars caught my attention right away from the amazing photos I found of them to the fact that they are super easy to make! Even better, you can use them for so many things!

Create them for weddings, holidays such as Halloween, parties or just for fun!!

Here is how it's done and what you will need:

Get your jars ready
Have two thin glow sticks for every jar
Scissors
Rubber gloves
Don't forget a pair of safety glasses

*Note: Creating the glow is a project for adults, not small children!

Cut the ends off of two glow sticks while holding them over the jar. Shake the contents into the jar until the sticks are about empty. Do not touch the contents! Carefully dump the loose contents of the jar into the trash can. Once you have done that, turn the jar slightly to the side and swirl the liquid around the inside of the jar. After this, you are done! Its pretty easy! How long will they glow for? It depends but you have about a good hour or more to enjoy them!
Have fun!

Hide your washer and dryer plus create space

I have to be honest, the thought never crossed my mind to hide our washer and dryer until I did a little searching on the web. We have a new washer and dryer at our house and its the front load kind. Naturally I tend to store things on the top of it. Over time, the top of the machines get scratched up and things fall between the cracks. It sucks to have to pull out the machines to find coins, buttons, etc. Well, here is an idea for your laundry room that is pretty simple.

love this idea in the laundry room, adding DIY curtains to hide the washer and dryer. & the counter top on top of the washer and dryer for storage and decor.. great for a small laundry room!

Place a shelf right above the machines to set your laundry supplies, baskets or whatever else you'd like on top. You can even fold your clothes up there. This keeps everything up off of the machines!
Also, hide your washer and dryer behind a set of curtains! You can definitely make your own curtains and they are really easy to put up. I thought this was a neat idea since usually laundry rooms tend to get neglected!
